We will work with you and your staff to ensure a timely and smooth delivery. We always provide training for day to day operations, proper preventative maintenance and calibration. Our operations manual has detailed sections for all aspects of the machine including a bill of materials, procedure to start a test and explanations for all software screens. We also make a follow-up visit after our products have been in use for 30 days to make any changes, tailor the software or to answer any additional questions.
Below is a partial listing of projects that we have recently delivered.
HORIZONTAL SHAKER TABLE
- Delivered October, 08 to TACHI-S ENGINEERING
- Designed to move a 500 lb load from 1 to 100 Hz
- Utilizes a pneumatic bearing
- Connected to same controller as Vertical Shaker

VERTICAL SHAKER TABLE
- Delivered March, 08 to TACHI-S ENGINEERING
- Designed to move a 2000 lb load from 2 to 100 Hz
- Test’s two weighted seats at a time
- Uses a hydraulic actuator with a hydrostatic bearing
- Performs a Resonant Sweep test with user definable parameters
- Runs calculations and produces graphs for Logarithmic Decrement and Damping tests

VIN SCRIBE MACHINE
- Delivered December, 07 to a Customer in Canada
- Operator controlled machine writes a portion of the Vehicle Identification Number on the Engine block and Transmission case
- Software interfaces a bar code scanner, marking head controller, marquee display and the sending of pass/fail data to the Plant Floor Computer System (PFCS)
- Per customer requirement the software uses a peer to peer connection to a duplicate machine to facilitate easy change over in the event of a system failure
- Software logs all transactions to daily files

GEAR PUMP STAND DAQ RECORDER
- Delivered November, 07 to Control Power Inc.
- Contracted by Control Power to write the software
- Software is used to collect data from 11 transducers and write a summary with the raw data to a Microsoft Excel file for a three step test sequence
- If the same serial number is tested a second time the software automatically appends the new file name with a retest number
- Software receives handshaking signals to start and stop recording from a PLC that controls the testing logic

UNIVERSAL CYCLER
- Delivered November, 07 to TACHI-S ENGINEERING
- This was the introduction of our new software; this machine interfaces data acquisition hardware to a user friendly interface
- One controller can connect to many different mechanical fixtures
- There is a build tool to set up IO point names and calibration values for each mechanical fixture
- Build sequences can be easily changed or new ones created for test specifications changes or new fixtures
- Cabling interface can be customized to existing equipment
- Also functions as a strip recorder with a software graphing tool to analyze collected data

FMVSS207 SEAT TESTER UPGRADE
- Delivered Feb, 06 to TACHI-S ENGINEERING
- Updated from a manual hydraulic control with outputs going to a plotter; to the new computer controlled system with profile builder and data collection
- Closed loop control of 3 hydraulic cylinders
