Camshaft Marking System

• Delivered in the winter of 2012 to a Tear 1 Supplier in Trenton, MI.  Two week expedited delivery.

• JDS Test Consulting was contracted to provide controls and software.  JDS Test did not provide the fixture.

• One computer is used to control two marking heads; the marking heads can act independent of one another.

• The initial system at delivery was set up for eight different camshaft part numbers.

• A selector switch tells the marker which part number to engrave and provide a unique serial number.
